Using a Coupon

MY > NAMANE Coupon > Select registered coupon > Review notice and agree > Select card to top up > Done (or use directly from the Top-up menu)

  1. Use from the Top-up menu

    Tap the 'Top-up' button on the card you want to top up.

  2. On the top-up method screen, tap 'Coupon'.

  4. Tap the 'Select' button.

  5. Review the top-up details and agree to the terms to proceed with payment.

  6. Tap 'Yes, top up!' to complete the top-up.

  7. Use from the MY menu

    Tap 'MY' to go to the MY page.

  8. Tap 'NAMANE Coupon' and select the coupon to use for the top-up.

  9. Review the coupon notice, agree, then tap 'Next'.

  10. Select the card you want to top up and tap 'Select'.

  11. Review the coupon top-up details, then tap 'Yes, top up!' to complete the top-up.

Notes

  • ※ Once a coupon is registered, you can use it to top up.
  • ※ A used coupon can't be restored.
  • ※ A coupon deleted after registration also can't be restored.
  • ※ Only one coupon can be applied per payment.
  • ※ A coupon can't be split across multiple uses.
  • ※ If used for a payment less than the coupon's value, the remaining balance is not refunded.
