③ Where the partner company's reimbursement standards apply first under Paragraph 2, those standards can be found on the partner company's website.

④ Partial reimbursement of the balance of a prepaid electronic means of payment, rather than the entire balance, is not available.

⑤ Prepaid electronic means of payment provided free of charge by the Company through purchases of goods or services, events, or the like are excluded from reimbursement and are not included in calculating the amount used under Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4. In addition, when the Company reimburses a user for prepaid electronic means of payment, any prepaid electronic means of payment provided free of charge are extinguished.

③ In any of the following cases, the Company pays prepaid funds to users preferentially through trust companies, insurance companies, and the like. ③ When the Company entrusts prepaid funds in trust, it entrusts the full amount subject to trust and may not deposit any part of it as a payment reserve.

④ When managing the remaining prepaid funds not covered by trust or payment guarantee insurance, the Company invests them in safe assets.

Article 17 (Mistaken Remittances)

① Where funds of a prepaid electronic means of payment or the like are transferred to a payee because the user mistakenly entered or wrote the wrong receiving financial company, receiving account number, or the like (a ‘mistaken remittance’), the user may notify the Company and request, through the Company or the receiving financial company, that the payee be contacted and asked to return the mistakenly remitted amount.

② The Company must notify the user of the results of handling the user's request, or the progress of related handling, including whether the payee was contacted, whether the payee intends to return the funds, and, if the payee does not intend to return them, the reason, within 15 days from the date the user notified the Company of the ‘mistaken remittance’ under the preceding Paragraph.

③ If the payee does not return the funds despite a request for return of the mistaken remittance through the Company or the receiving financial company, the user may apply to the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation to use the Mistaken Remittance Return Support program under Chapter 5 (Support for Return of Mistaken Remittances) of the Depositor Protection Act. (Applications may be made for mistaken remittances made on or after July 6, 2021, the effective date of the amended Depositor Protection Act.) However, applications for return support are restricted for transactions in which the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation cannot obtain the payee's real name, such as remittances made using contact information or remittances between SNS members.

④ If the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation requests from the Company, for the smooth performance of its mistaken remittance return support work, data such as the reason the payee of a mistaken remittance cannot return the funds, the payee's real name, address and contact information, and the status of mistaken remittances, the Company must comply unless there are justifiable grounds not to.

⑤ If a user's application for mistaken remittance return support through the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation falls under any of the following, the support procedure of the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation may be discontinued in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Where the user applied for return support by false or fraudulent means

2. Where it is confirmed by objective evidence that the transfer was not a mistaken remittance
