The purpose of the NAMANE Card Terms of Service (these “Terms”) is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the NAMANE Card service, the rights and obligations of the parties, and other necessary matters between i-Aurora Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and individuals who use the NAMANE Card service provided by the Company.

1. 'Prepaid electronic means of payment' means 'a token, or information on a token, issued with transferable monetary value stored electronically, which can be used to purchase goods or services from a third party other than the issuer and to pay for them (provided that the goods or services that can be purchased cover two or more business categories)'.

2. The “NAMANE Card” is a prepaid electronic means of payment. The Company applies the limits under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act as the holding limits for prepaid electronic means of payment, which are divided into registered and unregistered types.

a. Unregistered: a prepaid electronic means of payment issued without real-name verification or without being linked to a deposit account

b. Registered: a prepaid electronic means of payment issued with real-name verification or linked to a deposit account

In this case, the Company or a third party designated by the Company may charge a fee when providing the remittance service, and use of the service may be restricted depending on whether the member has completed real-name verification.

② When remitting the NAMANE Card balance, members must accurately enter the information on the counterparty (another member or a non-member) required by the Company, and the Company is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect entry of such information. However, members may use the procedure for the return of mistaken remittances under Article 16-2.

③ When the NAMANE Card balance is remitted, the Company may allow the counterparty (the person receiving the NAMANE Card balance) to see the sender's name.

④ Members may use the NAMANE Card balance as a means of payment and settlement for purchasing goods or services at merchants presented by the Company, where permitted under the contract with the relevant merchant. However, users may not object to withdrawals made before they expressed their intention to withdraw consent.

④ Persons under the age of 14 may not use direct debit consent.

Article 10 (Reimbursement, Validity Period, etc.)

① The Company may set a validity period for the NAMANE Card in advance as follows, and users may use the NAMANE Card only within the validity period set by the Company.

1. For electronic cards

a. Five (5) years from the date of issuance

② Extension of the validity period is handled as follows.

1. For electronic cards

a. Users may not request the Company to extend the validity period while it is still valid. Before the validity period expires, the Company may, in accordance with its policy, notify users of the upcoming expiry, confirm their intention to renew, and reissue the card at the user's request.

③ The Company notifies users at least three (3) times, including a notice 30 days before the validity period expires, by email, text message, or similar methods, of the upcoming expiry of the validity period, whether and how it can be extended, and that, after the validity period expires and before the extinctive prescription is completed, the balance can be returned as follows.

④ Members may request reimbursement through the Application, and in the following cases the Company reimburses the entire NAMANE Card balance without deducting any fee. However, where none of the following applies and the request is due to a simple change of mind by the member, the Company may reimburse the balance after deducting a fee. ⑥ Reimbursement may be restricted in cases such as technical or facility problems, including facility inspections, faulty communication lines, and stabilization or maintenance work, or where the reimbursement is deemed to be for the purpose of obtaining cash. In such cases, the Company notifies users of separate reimbursement procedures and methods through the Application screen, etc.

⑦ NAMANE Cards provided free of charge through events or the like are excluded from reimbursement and are not included in calculating the amount used under Paragraph 4, Subparagraph 4 of this Article. In addition, when the Company reimburses a user for the NAMANE Card balance under this Article, any NAMANE Card balance provided free of charge is extinguished once its validity period has expired.

⑧ After the validity period has expired (only where the extinctive prescription has not been completed), the user may claim reimbursement of the unused balance recorded on the prepaid electronic means of payment from the Company, and the Company reimburses at least 90% of the balance (the amount that could have been paid had the claim been made before the validity period expired), with the specific rate as set out in each subparagraph of Article 10, Paragraph 3. However, the return of accumulated rewards under Article 10, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 3 is limited to cases where the customer requests it.

⑨ The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user incorrectly designating their own account for reimbursement.

⑩ If the validity period of the NAMANE Card expires, or if the user deletes the NAMANE Card or terminates the service agreement, cancellation of prior usage, reimbursement, and the like can no longer be processed. However, the Company notifies the user of this before the card is deleted or the service agreement is terminated.

⑪ When five (5) years have passed since the date the user last topped up the NAMANE Card, the extinctive prescription for the relevant purchase and top-up amounts is completed, and the user can no longer request the Company to reimburse the NAMANE Card, return the balance, or provide goods or services.

⑫ At the time of a transaction, the Company must inform users of key matters concerning extinctive prescription, including that the prepaid electronic means of payment can no longer be used or reimbursed after the extinctive prescription is completed, in the form of a pop-up, summary consent form, or the like.

⑬ The Company must notify users at least three (3) times, including a notice one (1) year before the extinctive prescription is completed, by email, text message, or similar methods, of the date on which the extinctive prescription will be completed and that the balance can no longer be used if not used before then.
