Send / Receive Pay Balance
Send or receive Pay Balance to/from another user via account number or QR code. Pay Balance only, minimum 1,000 KRW.
Send via account number
In Wallet, select a card and tap 'Send', then choose 'Send via account number'.
Confirm 'Send via account number' again on the send-method screen.
Select the recipient's bank.
Enter the account number and tap 'Next'.
Enter the amount to send (minimum 1,000 KRW).
After entering the amount, tap 'Next'.
Check the recipient, account, amount, and fee, then tap 'Yes, send it!'.
Enter your password.
The transfer is complete.
Send to a NAMANE member (QR)
Tap 'Send', then choose 'Send to a NAMANE member'.
Scan the recipient's receive QR code, or load a saved QR image.
The recipient's ID is shown. Enter the amount to send.
After entering the amount, tap 'Next'.
Check the recipient and amount (no fee for member-to-member transfers), then tap 'Yes, send it!'.
Enter your password.
The transfer is complete.
Receive
In Wallet, select the card you want to receive money on, then tap 'Receive'.
Your NAMANE receive QR code appears. Show it or save it as an image to share with a friend to complete the transfer.
Notes
- ※ You can send money directly to an account number, including virtual accounts.
- ※ There is no limit on the number of times you can use the transfer within the transfer limit, but a fee is charged for every transfer.
- ※ Only Pay Balance can be sent, and the minimum amount is 1,000 KRW.
- ※ A card used for the transfer service cannot use the transfer service again even if registered to a different account.
- ※ At the request of the Financial Supervisory Service and card companies, balances charged via credit card, debit card, or simple pay (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay) cannot be transferred.
- ※ The transfer service is unavailable during bank maintenance hours (23:30–00:30 KST).
- ※ Mistaken transfers caused by customer error cannot be cancelled after completion, so please verify the recipient's information carefully before sending.
- ※ A QR transfer code is valid for one month from issuance.
