Top Up via Virtual Account Number (App)

Virtual account deposit top-up, for identity-verified users only (issued once, minimum ₩10,000)

Select the card you want to top up, choose the balance type, then tap the Top-up button.
On the top-up method screen, tap 'NAMANE Virtual Account Number'.
Deposit the amount into the copied virtual account to complete the top-up.

Notes

※ A virtual account number is issued only to identity-verified users.
※ You only need to issue a virtual account number once.
※ Topping up via virtual account starts at a minimum of ₩10,000.
※ A virtual account top-up goes to your primary card. Deposits from accounts issued by overseas banks aren't accepted (though transfers via an overseas remittance service such as WISE are).
※ When depositing to the virtual account, the account holder name shows as 'iA-[your ID]' (e.g. ID NAMANE → account holder iA-NAMANE).
※ If you request a refund within 7 days without using the top-up amount, you'll get a full refund. After 7 days, a refund is only available for the remaining amount once at least 60% of the final balance has actually been used.
※ At the bank's request, virtual account top-ups are limited to ₩500,000 per day, and a deposit that would push the balance over ₩500,000 will not be processed.
