Top Up via Real-Time Bank Transfer (App)

How to top up via real-time transfer from your own domestic bank account (identity verification required)

Select the card you want to top up, choose the balance type, then tap the Top-up button.
On the top-up method screen, tap 'Real-Time Bank Transfer'.
Enter the amount you want to top up, then tap 'Next'.
Review the top-up details and agree to the terms to proceed with payment.
Tap 'Yes, top up!' and complete the payment to finish the top-up.

Notes

※ Real-time bank transfer requires identity verification, and you must have a Korean bank account to pay.
※ Real-time bank transfer top-ups start at a minimum of ₩1,000.
※ If you request a refund within 7 days without using the top-up amount, you'll get a full refund.
※ For amounts topped up more than 7 days ago, a refund is only available for the remaining amount once at least 60% of the final top-up balance has actually been used.
※ A card topped up via real-time bank transfer can only use the Send / Move Balance services after 7 days have passed including the top-up date (only offline payments are available during that period).
