Top Up via Overseas Simple Payment (App)

How to top up your Pay balance using an overseas mobile payment method such as Alipay+

  1. Tap the 'Top-up' button on the card you want to top up, then select the Pay balance.

  2. On the top-up method screen, tap 'Mobile Payment'.

  3. Select Alipay+, then tag the card on your phone.

  4. Enter the amount you want to top up, then tap 'Next'.

  5. Review the top-up details and agree to the terms to proceed with payment.

  6. Tap 'Yes, top up!' and complete the payment to finish the top-up.

Notes

  • ※ Overseas simple-payment top-ups start at a minimum of ₩1,000.
  • ※ If you request a refund within 7 days without using the top-up amount, you'll get a full refund.
  • ※ No refund is available for amounts topped up more than 7 days ago.
  • ※ The transit balance can be topped up the same way (tap the card's Top-up button, then select the transit balance) — the live page's description of this procedure only goes as far as the first step, so the remaining steps couldn't be confirmed.
