Top Up via Debit/Credit Card (App)

How to top up your Pay balance with a debit/credit card in the app (Korean-issued cards not supported)

Select the card you want to top up, choose the 'Pay' balance type, then tap the Top-up button.
On the top-up method screen, tap 'Credit/Debit Card'.
Enter the amount you want to top up, then tap 'Next'.
Review the top-up details and agree to the terms to proceed with payment.
Tap 'Yes, top up!' and complete the payment to finish the top-up.

Notes

※ Korean-issued cards cannot be used.
※ Topping up with an overseas card starts at a minimum of ₩10,000.
※ If you request a refund within 7 days without using the top-up amount, you'll get a full refund.
※ No refund is available for card top-up amounts more than 7 days after top-up.
※ The procedure for topping up the transit balance is almost identical, but adds a step to tag the card on the back of your phone before proceeding with payment.
