Transit Balance Refund
How to refund your transit balance to your Pay balance.
- · When you refund your transit balance, the requested amount is refunded to your Pay balance.
- · Up to ₩30,000 can be refunded per request.
- · You can request a refund up to 5 times per month (calendar month, 1st to last day).
- · A ₩500 fee applies per request; refund amount = requested amount − ₩500 fee.
From [NAMANE App > Wallet], go to the Transit Card tab.
On the Transit Card screen, tap the [Refund] button.
On the Refund page, enter the amount to refund, then tap [Next].
Review the refund amount notice, then tap [Confirm].
Tap your transit card via NFC to complete the [Refund Complete] process.
Check the refunded amount in your Pay balance.
Notes
- ※ If your phone has a protective case, tag recognition may not work well.
- ※ Moving the card or repeatedly lifting and re-tapping it during tagging may prevent proper recognition.
- ※ On Android phones, you can check the NFC tag location in your device settings.
