[Important] Withdraw Your Pay Balance at Nearby Convenience Stores

  Great news for NAMANE Card users!

You can now withdraw your Pay balance as cash at convenience store ATMs nationwide.

Cash withdrawals used to be available only through convenience store staff. 

Now you can withdraw directly at the ATM.

<Withdraw with Your Card>

• At the ATM, select [Point/Smart Transaction > NAMANE > Card Withdrawal]
• Insert your NAMANE Card and enter the first 4 digits of your NAMANE app login password

<Withdraw with the App (No Card Needed)>

• In the NAMANE app, enter the withdrawal amount to get a 6-digit verification code
• At the ATM, select [Point/Smart Transaction > NAMANE > App Withdrawal]
• Enter your 8-digit date of birth (YYYYMMDD) and the 6-digit verification code
