Notice of Temporary Suspension of Transit Top-up Service Due to KORAIL System Maintenance

Thank you for using NAMANE.

Due to system maintenance by KORAIL (Korea Railroad Corporation), the following transit services will be temporarily unavailable during the period below.


If you need to use transit services, please top up your transit balance in advance.

* Service Suspension Period

- September 15 (Tue), 1:00 PM – September 16(Wed), 2:00 AM

(※ The maintenance schedule may change depending on the circumstances. )

* Unavailable Services

- Topping up your transit balance through the NAMANE app, NAMANE kiosks, or convenience stores

※ Transit balance top-ups attempted through the NAMANE app during the maintenance period may fail. Any amount from a failed top-up will be safely stored in your Pending Balance. You may either cancel the payment or use your Pending Balance to retry the transit balance top-up after the maintenance is complete.

- Transferring funds from your transit balance to your pay balance

- Issuing Alipay+ custom cards at NAMANE kiosks

* Available Services

- Checking your balance

- Use on buses, subways, trains, taxis, and toll roads

- Top up your transit card at Seoul metropolitan subway stations, KORAIL mainline stations, and Daegyeong and Donghae Line commuter rail stations

(※ You can still check your transit balance and use transportation during the maintenance period.)

※ If you need to top up your transit balance during the maintenance period

- You can top up your transit balance using KORAIL top-up machines located inside subway stations.
(Top-ups will not be available at NAMANE kiosks.)
