📜 HOW TO GET CASHBACK

  1. Create a card at the NAMANE kiosk.
  2. Register and top up the card in the NAMANE app.
  3. Make a first purchase at the OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BOOTH using the NAMANE Card.
  4. Check the cashback usage details in the NAMANE app.

📢 Notice

  • Once cashback is received, no additional cashback will be provided, regardless of any cancellations.
  • If the NAMANE Card is used for payment without being registered in the NAMANE app, cashback will not be provided.
  • If you register the card in the NAMANE app after making the payment, the cashback benefit will not apply. Please ensure the card is registered in the NAMANE app before making a purchase.
  • If multiple cards are registered under a single ID and used for first purchases at the OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BOOTH, only the first payment will receive cashback.
  • You can receive only one benefit — either 20% cashback or 10% cashback.
